Laobin X Hushan Brand Management
Laobin collaborated with Hushan brand management to achieve annual strategic cooperation, promoting the value upgrade of the Laobin brand from avant-garde to advanced, proposing a new brand concept of "exploring a better order", and determining the mission of "making bathroom life better" and the vision of "becoming a world leader in bathroom home concept". For the next decade of development, it has laid a solid top-level design framework for the brand. And accompany the entire process to land, accumulate brand assets and formulate a brand management constitution.
New media layout
LORBNNew Media has successfully opened up an omni channel publicity link, which comprehensively covers multiple publicity channels such as Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, video number, WeChat community, microblog, applet and official website. LORBN Loubin adopts a diversified channel promotion strategy, covering various target audiences from online to offline, from traditional media to new media, and ultimately forming a complete and efficient brand promotion loop.
LORBN performed exceptionally well in 2023, exceeding the annual sales targets thanks to the team's hard work and excellent execution ability. In addition, the addition of 30 new specialty stores has also brought more sales opportunities and market share to LORBN Lobby. Compared to 2022, the sales department's performance increased by 25% year-on-year, which is a very significant figure. This indicates that LORBN's competitiveness and influence in the market are constantly improving, while also proving the success of the company's strategic transformation.
